ORDERING:
When ordering personalized products, it is very important to follow the steps outlined below. It is much easier to get the information right the first time than to try to correct a product.
- Read the item description completely to ensure you are ordering the correct product.
- When an item is selected, you will see an icon that says "Personalize product before adding to cart, CLICK HERE"
- A new window will open for you to enter the personalization for the item selected. When finished click on the submit button. Close the new window and you will be returned to the order page.
- Add the item to your cart and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
SHIPPING:
Our goal is to provide the fastest turn around time possible, but keep in mind that due to the personalization of products, extra time may be necessary. Please refer to our guidelines below:
- Personalized books and CD's, please allow 3-7 days plus shipping.
- Personalized DVD, please allow 2 weeks plus shipping.
- Embroidered products, please allow 7-14 days plus shipping.
- Furniture or customized artwork, please allow 14 days plus shipping.
As part of our excellent customer care, if you need a rush delivery, email us and let us know. We will try to meet your needs if at all possible. You will be notified prior to customization if there are any additional charges involved with a rush order. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, it will be any longer than the projected number of days outlined, we will notify you with a targeted shipment date. These are estimated times and we will always try to get your products out faster.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to the customization, personalized products are non-refundable unless found defective. Non-personalized products may be returned for a full refund, less shipping. Please contact us at info@IamProudToBeMe.com with any return issues within 7 days of receipt.
